1. No Refunds After Activation

Please Note : Once an IPTV subscription is activated, refunds are not offered . IPTV is a digital service that, once accessed or used, cannot be returned . We strongly encourage all users to try our 24hour free trial before making a purchase to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.

Request your 24-hour trial before purchasing a subscription. This ensures compatibility and satisfaction before committing to a plan.

3. Our Responsibility - Refund Eligibilty

We guarantee successful activation of your service. If we are unable to activate it, or if a problem arises on our side, you may request a full refund. Once we receive your request, the refund will be processed within 2–4 days.

4. Exceptional Refunds

In rare cases (e.g., service non-activation,device problems, internet connectivity, technical error on our end), Cinevora may process a refund after review. We may, at our discretion, grant a partial refund of up to 25 %.
The partial refund is calculated by applying the refund percentage to the total amount paid, minus any charges for the period of use, transaction fees, activation fees, and support fees.

• If you used a free test account before buying, the purchase is non‑refundable unless our servers go offline.
