Our Service includes:

  • Video on Demand (VOD) library including movies and TV series
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for supported channels
  • Multi-device support based on your subscription plan
  • 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email
  • Access to the Cinevora Client Space for subscription management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid and active internet connection
  • Possess a compatible device capable of running an IPTV application
  • Agree to and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of such services is prohibited

4 Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Cinevora Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium, VIP) with varying durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer depending on your region.
  • No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your subscription expires and must manually renew to continue access.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change. Current pricing is always available on our Pricing page.
  • Non-Transferable: Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited.
Refund Policy: We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 24 hours of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. No refunds are issued after this period or for renewal payments.

5 Free Trial

Cinevora offers a complimentary 24-hour free trial to new users who have not previously subscribed to the Service. The following conditions apply:

  • The free trial is limited to one trial per person, household, or device
  • No payment or credit card information is required to activate a free trial
  • The trial provides full access to the Service for 24 hours
  • Abuse of the free trial system (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in permanent suspension
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the free trial offer at any time

6 Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not :

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials to any third party
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Cinevora
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or access controls
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers or promotions
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure

Cinevora does not claim ownership of the content streamed through the Service. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

The Cinevora brand, logo, website design, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of Cinevora and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control including but not limited to internet service provider issues, device compatibility problems, or force majeure events.

Content Availability: Channel availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice. Cinevora does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel or content title.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cinevora and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures
  • Any content accessed through the Service

In no event shall Cinevora's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time under the following conditions:

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Access will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

12 Changes to Terms

Cinevora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify active subscribers via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram where reasonably possible
  • Post a notice on our website for a reasonable period

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with the laws applicable to the nature of the dispute.
