1 What Cinevora Actually Is

Before anything else, it's important to be clear about what Cinevora is — and what it is not. This context is essential for understanding how DMCA law applies to our service.

Cinevora is an IPTV reseller. We provide customers with subscription access to an IPTV middleware platform that aggregates live TV channels, VOD content, and catch-up services from third-party content providers around the world.

We do not host, store, transcode, encode, or broadcast any video content. Cinevora has no servers that stream media. We do not operate any Content Delivery Network (CDN), satellite uplink, or broadcast infrastructure. We are a reseller of access credentials — nothing more.

The streams accessed through our service originate entirely from upstream providers. Any copyright-related concerns about specific content should, in the first instance, be directed to the relevant upstream provider or broadcaster.

That said, we take all legitimate intellectual property concerns seriously and will respond promptly and cooperatively to any valid notice submitted to us.

2 Our Position on Copyright

Cinevora respects the rights of copyright holders. We believe in a fair, functioning creative economy — and we have zero interest in facilitating piracy or infringement of any kind.

  • We only partner with providers who represent that their content is licensed and legally distributed.
  • We review our provider relationships and take action swiftly when concerns are raised about the legality of content being distributed.
  • We cooperate fully with rights holders, law enforcement, and legal representatives when a valid claim is presented.
  • We terminate relationships with upstream providers found to be distributing infringing content knowingly or repeatedly.
Our goal is simple: to provide a legal, reliable, and high-quality streaming experience to our customers. We are not in the business of piracy, and we take every legitimate copyright concern with the seriousness it deserves.

3 What the DMCA Covers

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a US copyright law that provides a mechanism for rights holders to request the removal of infringing content hosted online. It also provides protections ("safe harbours") for service providers who act in good faith.

Here is a clear breakdown of what falls within — and outside — the scope of a DMCA notice to Cinevora:

4 How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you are a rights holder (or authorised representative) and believe that content accessible via cinevora.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following. Incomplete notices cannot be acted upon.

1
Identify yourself
Your full legal name, company (if applicable), physical address, email, and phone number. You must be the rights holder or an authorised representative.
2
Identify the copyrighted work
A clear description of the original copyrighted work — include titles, registration numbers, or a link to the original if available.
3
Identify the infringing material
The specific URL(s) on cinevora.com where the infringing content can be found. General descriptions are not sufficient.
4
Include a good-faith statement
A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5
Include an accuracy statement
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner.
6
Sign and send
Include your physical or electronic signature and send the complete notice to: [email protected]
Response time: We acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours and take appropriate action within 5–10 business days. Urgent matters are escalated immediately.

5 Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error — because you hold a licence or the use is otherwise lawful — you have the right to submit a counter-notice under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the specific content removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or any judicial district in which we may be found, if outside the US).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
⚖️ Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If no legal action is initiated within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored. We recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting.

6 Repeat Infringers

Cinevora has a strict policy of terminating relationships — with both upstream providers and individual customers — where repeated, wilful, or confirmed copyright infringement is identified.

  • Upstream providers found to knowingly distribute infringing content will have their relationship with Cinevora terminated without notice.
  • Customers found to be sharing, redistributing, or reselling their subscription access in breach of our Terms of Service will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
  • Legal action may be pursued in serious cases, or in cooperation with rights holders who request it.
🛡️ Our platform is for personal, private use only. Every subscription comes with our terms attached — any misuse is taken seriously and acted upon. We protect our legitimate customers by keeping bad actors off the platform.
